The Process
01. Tell us everything
Start here: Tell us about your event. Share the occasion, guest list, mood, what you love, what you don’t. The more we know, the better it gets.
02. Let’s talk it through
A quick 30-minute call to refine the vision. We’ll get into the setting, the menu, the flow of the evening, and the feeling you want to create.
03. Your Styled Plan
A mood board and proposal with curated tabletop pieces from our collection and a clear outline of costs. We fine-tune together until it feels just right, then you’re set.*
*Your styling plan will include a selection of the following items depending on your event format: Table linens (tablecloths, placemats, runners, napkins), dinnerware (chargers, dinner plates, salad/dessert plates), flatware, glassware, and tabletop decor (candlesticks, candles, vases, table lamps). All florals will be sourced and priced separately.
04. The Table is Set
We arrive with everything and set the table from start to finish. You walk in, and it’s done. Just add guests.
05. Easy Return
Lightly rinse, place everything back in the provided containers, and leave the rest to us. We’ll pick it up. No scrubbing, no stress.

We design tabletop collections for hosts who care deeply about how a gathering feels, not just how it looks. Those who understand that the right combination of color, texture, and mood can shift the energy of an entire room.
The work is in the details no one notices and everyone feels. We blend timeless foundations with modern, unexpected choices: a vintage charger alongside something sculptural and new, a color pulled from the garden, a detail that makes someone lean in and ask where did you find that?

Founder, Jenny Zoog, developed her eye for design long before The Social Set had a name.
Her decades of lifestyle and fashion media, marketing, and events began in television production at the Oxygen Network, where she learned how to shape a moment from the ground up. She went on to Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, overseeing brand marketing programs and events across Martha Stewart Living, Weddings, and Everyday Food, where precision, beauty, and intention were simply the standard.
At Lucky magazine, that foundation evolved into experience-making at every scale, from intimate, editorially driven dinners to multi-brand events for thousands. She later moved into brand partnerships and experiential consulting, producing everything from New York Fashion Week shows to large-scale brand activations, always with a focus on how a space feels as much as how it looks.
What she brings to The Social Set is a refined point of view shaped by years of creating environments that resonate. An instinct for composition, a sensitivity to balance and texture, and a deep understanding of how details come together to shift the energy of a room. With a personal love of tabletop and a history of renovating New York apartments and brownstones, her work is both considered and intuitive.
Working with Jenny means stepping into that perspective. Every choice is intentional. Every element has a role. The result feels effortless, personal, and quietly unexpected. Clients come not just for the table, but for the feeling that lingers long after.
